Creating and sharing BEOs

Every booked event has a BEO tab. It pulls the timeline, guest count, spaces and setup, menu and bar packages, vendors, and special instructions from the event record. Edit any section directly, and changes to the event, such as an updated guest count, flow into the BEO.

Share the BEO as a link or PDF with your kitchen, setup crew, and vendors. Shared links always show the current version. Lock the BEO when the final guaranteed count is received to prevent further edits without a change note.
