Invoices and payments that follow the booking
Deposit, installments, and final balance invoices are created from the contract's payment schedule. Clients pay online through Stripe, and QuickBooks stays current without manual entry.

Payment schedules, automated
Define how you get paid, such as a deposit at signing, half at 90 days, and the balance two weeks out. Spacestack creates and sends each invoice on schedule.
Online payments through Stripe
Clients pay by card or bank transfer from the invoice link. Funds land in your Stripe account and the booking is marked paid automatically.
Reminders before things go late
Friendly reminders go out before due dates, with escalating notices if a payment slips. You see outstanding balances across all events on one screen.
QuickBooks sync
Invoices and payments post to QuickBooks Online as they happen, with customers and items mapped the way your accountant expects.
How it works
- 1
Contract signed, deposit invoiced
The first invoice goes out the moment the contract completes, with the amount from the payment schedule.
- 2
Client pays online
Card or ACH through Stripe. Receipts are sent automatically and the event balance updates.
- 3
Books stay current
Each invoice and payment syncs to QuickBooks so month-end takes minutes.
Invoices questions
Credit and debit cards and ACH bank transfers through Stripe. You can choose to pass card processing fees to the client or absorb them.
Yes. Add line items for upgrades or increased headcount and Spacestack issues an adjustment invoice or applies the change to the final balance.
Spacestack syncs with QuickBooks Online. If you use QuickBooks Desktop, you can export invoices and payments as CSV for import.
You can record vendor costs and planner commissions against an event so you see the margin on each booking. Paying vendors out happens in your bank or accounting tool.
