Payment schedules and online payments

Proposals and contracts can carry a payment schedule: a deposit due at signing, followed by payments due on a set date or a number of days before the event. Each payment can be a percentage of the total, a fixed amount, or whatever is left.

Clients can pay online by card through Stripe. For money you receive another way, such as a check, cash, or a bank transfer, open the booking's Billing tab and record the payment. The booking shows what has been paid and what is still outstanding.
