Scheduling tours

Open Tours and choose New tour. If you have connected Google Calendar, the tour is added to it. Pick the contact, the venue and spaces, the guide, and the date and time. Spacestack checks for other tours and events at the same time and shows you any conflicts, and you decide whether to go ahead.

By default, the contact receives a confirmation email with a calendar invite, an update if you change the tour, a cancellation notice if you cancel, and a reminder the day before. You can turn guest emails off for an individual tour and add a message to the confirmation. Your internal notes are never included.

After the tour, mark it completed, cancelled, or a no-show, and link it to a booking if it turns into one. See calendars and scheduling.
