Setting up tour scheduling links

In Settings, open Tours. Set the days and time windows you offer tours, the tour length, the minimum notice you need, and a buffer between tours. Your scheduling link is generated automatically and can be added to auto-replies, your website, and email signatures.

Prospects who book receive a confirmation and a reminder by email and text. You can customize both messages. After the tour, Spacestack creates a follow-up task for the lead's owner.

To offer tours for a specific space only, create a link per space. See calendars and scheduling.
