Setting up your inquiry form

Inquiry forms are how website visitors become leads in Spacestack. In Settings, open Inquiry forms to create one.

• Fields: choose the questions to ask, such as name, email, phone, event type, event date, guest count, preferred space, and budget, and add your own custom questions.
• Design: set the heading, intro text, button label, accent color, and what visitors see after they submit.
• Routing: choose the venue the lead belongs to, a default teammate to assign new leads to, and the email addresses to notify.
• Sharing: copy the embed snippet into your website, or share the hosted form link.

Each submission creates a contact and a lead booking with the event details attached, and appears on your dashboard and in your pipeline. You can create more than one form. Learn more about lead capture.
