Invoices, Stripe, and QuickBooks

Connect Stripe in Settings to accept card and ACH payments. If you do not have a Stripe account, you can create one during setup. Choose whether card processing fees are passed to the client or absorbed.

Payment schedules are defined on the contract template, for example a deposit at signing, a second installment at 90 days, and the balance 14 days before the event. Spacestack creates and sends each invoice on schedule, sends reminders before due dates, and marks the event paid as payments clear.

Connect QuickBooks Online to post invoices and payments automatically. Map your Spacestack items to QuickBooks products and services once. QuickBooks Desktop is supported by CSV export. See invoices.
