Importing contacts and past events

Export contacts from your current tool as a CSV file. Most tools, including HoneyBook, Tripleseat, Planning Pod, and Google Contacts, offer this. Then use Import in Spacestack settings, map the columns to Spacestack fields, and confirm.

Past events can be imported the same way with a second file that includes the client email, event date, event type, spaces, and total. Imported events appear on the calendar and in reports as booked history.

Duplicates are matched on email address, so importing twice will update rather than duplicate contacts.
