Spacestack collects inquiries from three sources into one inbox.

• Website form: embed the Spacestack inquiry form on your site. Submissions appear instantly with event type, date, and guest count.
• Email forwarding: forward inquiry emails to your venue's Spacestack address, or set an auto-forward rule in Gmail or Outlook. Spacestack reads the sender and event details and creates the lead.
• Directories and social: inquiries from The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, and Instagram usually arrive as emails, so the same forwarding rule captures them. Each lead is tagged with its source so you can see which channels book.
